Shannon Bennett (born 23 November 1975) [1] is an Australian chef and author. He is best known as the head chef of restaurant Vue de Monde at Melbourne's Rialto Tower. Bennett currently serves as the creative director at the restaurant and its parent company Vue Groups, [2] having previously been the executive chef.
